Tacoma R. Anderson, born and raised in Fries, VA. An Army veteran and ordained Apostle. She began writing in here early teenage years as a means of releasing pain, and expressing thoughts that others didn't want to hear. Her inspirations for poetry are things that provoke the deeper thought process, things that are a part of everyday life that others often overlook. It was then that she realized that her writing was a gift from God. Her major influences in life are God, Her God fearing Dad, her Art teacher, poets Maya Angelou and Langston Hughes.
Tacoma 's life quote is "I found that while running from my destiny, that I gained Character to walk deeper within it". While seeking God one day, that was the revelation that He gave her. Even though she tried not to share her works, others who learned of her gift, would ask to read the passages of her journey to overcome the life challenges and pain, which became a source of strength for all who read her work, all which reflect the one and only source for all Peace ---God.
